The New Strategy of Yemen’s Ansarullah Against the Zionist Regime

Strategic Council Online - Since the start of the military aggression of the Zionist regime in Gaza, the Yemeni Islamic resistance, by drawing new lines of its foreign policy, has practically become one of the "effective actors" in the field developments related to the war in Gaza.

Hamid Khoshayand – an expert on regional issues

The continuation of the Zionist regime’s war crimes against the Palestinian people has caused the Islamic resistance of Yemen, along with the resistance of Palestine, Lebanon, and Iraq, to enter the battlefield against the occupiers more seriously than before.

The recent operation of the Ansarullah drone in the heart of Tel Aviv, which is unprecedented, is the new action of the Yemeni resistance to enter a new stage of the conflict. Although this operation is a part of the policy of “continuous intensification of operations” against the Zionist regime, it is worthy of consideration and attention in terms of “scope” and “goal.”

The drone used in Ansarullah’s operation is called “Jaffa.” From a geographical distance of 2 thousand kilometers, it passes through Eritrea, Sudan, Libya, Egypt, the Mediterranean Sea, and occupied Palestine. All the new multi-layered air defense systems and the depth of the political geography of the Zionist regime targeted Tel Aviv.

It is not so important how much damage was caused by the said drone operation that happened 100 meters away from the American embassy, but the important point is the design and implementation of such a precise, complex, and intelligent operation with “strategic consequences”; An operation that, for the umpteenth time in the past months, showed the failure of deterrence, the weakness of defense and the permeability of the skies of occupied Palestine, and at the same time, the growing trend of the military capabilities of the Yemeni resistance.

By reviewing the statements and reactions of the media, political circles, and current and former officials of the Zionist regime in the last few days, as well as the situation in the field, one can understand a major part of the “messages” and “strategic consequences” of Ansarullah’s drone operation in the center of Tel Aviv:

  • The aerial superiority of the Zionist regime is no longer absolute, and anyone who says otherwise has lied;
  • It has become impossible to create deterrence against Ansarullah’s military attacks, and no effective action can be taken in this regard;
  • The Jaffa drone of the Yemeni army, which targeted Tel Aviv, is the beginning of a new and disturbing phase of the balance;
  • The operation in Yemen messed up the equations of the past and brought the Zionist regime into a stage where it is no longer safe and its population is subject to a sudden air attack and no one can prevent it;
  • The Zionists must accept that the real threat that everyone sees is a “great war,” and experts’ estimates indicate that in the event of such a war, about 5,000 drones and different missiles from different regions of the Middle East will fall on the “Gosh Dan” in Tel Aviv.
  • Victory over Yemen will not be achieved Because there is a tremendous geographical distance between this country and the occupied territories. In this aspect, the Zionist regime cannot deal with many of the military capabilities that Ansarullah has.

The Zionist regime, which once defeated the most powerful Arab countries in wars, for insisting on continuing “belligerent policies” against the Palestinian resistance groups, whose military facilities and equipment are in no way comparable to the Zionist regime, in a “swamp” of crises and security problems. Political, economic, social, etc., have sunk, which he had not seen even a small part of them before.

The reason for such a situation is completely obvious. It is rooted in occupation, miscalculations, strategic mistakes, and the stubbornness of its leaders, who want to guarantee their political survival in war. Unaware of the fact that this policy gives “reverse results” in the long run.

These days, the Zionist regime is going through a difficult period of its political life and existence, which is on the verge of “collapse” not by governments but by the initiative and operations of Islamic resistance groups. The differences that leak out from within the criminal regime’s political and security circles indicate this fact.

In any case, the recent operation of the Yemeni resistance shows that Ansarullah, in response to the policy of “eroding” the war by the Zionist regime, is preparing for a new phase of the war by unveiling its latest capabilities, which will definitely have “more dangerous consequences” than what has happened so far. It will be aimed at the Zionist regime in various economic, security, political, and other dimensions.

Although the Zionist regime, for the first time, openly bombarded areas of Yemen using 20 F-35 fighter jets, such attacks never caused a retreat or a stop to the process adopted by the Islamic resistance of Yemen in response to the continued crimes of the Zionist regime in Gaza, and announced it with determination. Hazam al-Assad, a member of Ansarullah, said in a statement: “This operation is just the beginning of future attacks by the Yemeni armed forces against the Israeli regime, and the Zionist settlers, regardless of their orientation, should pack up and leave.”

“Ali al-Kahhoum,” a senior member of Ansarullah’s political bureau, also said in a statement: “The Zionists should know that Great Yemen is not like anywhere else, but it is a tangle of enemies and sinks empires, and will defeat the plans of Israeli, British, and American occupation and colonization in the region.” By God’s will, Israel will disappear… What is ahead will be huge, revolve over the oppressors’ heads, and be very shocking for them.

Abdul Malik al-Houthi, the leader of Ansarullah, has also emphasized in his words: “Israelis should be afraid and worried more than ever and know that their stupid leaders are leading them to dangers.”

They draw more. We are delighted with direct war with Israel and America!
