Dr. Seyyed Kamal Kharrazi made the remark in a meeting today with Ziyad al-Nakhalah, the Secretary General of the Islamic Jihad Movement.
Dr. Kharrazi said that it is an important point that the United Nations has branded the Zionist regime as an apartheid regime.
“The law of nature dictates that the destiny of apartheid regimes is concluded in collapse”.
The President of the Strategic Council on Foreign Relations added that support for the Islamic resistance in Palestine is part of the macro strategy of the Islamic Republic of Iran, adding that the Zionist regime today is encircled by the axis of resistance and “if you put yourself in the Zionist shoes, you will understand to what extent they are worried about their survival.”
Emphasizing the rise of the power of the Islamic Republic of Iran and the resistance movement in the region, he said “what is heard today under the title of normalization of relations between some Arab countries and the Zionist regime, is only the disclosure of the confidential relations those countries have had with the Zionist regime. In the past, those countries did not give any practical support to Palestine, but paved the way for compromises with Israel”.
Referring to the recent visit by US President Biden to the Middle East, Kharrazi said Biden’s visit was a failure and did not bring any achievement.
“This situation well suggests that the Zionist regime is facing problems domestically,” he said, pointing to the efforts by the Zionist regime to exploit Biden’s visit as a propaganda campaign.
In this meeting, Ziyad al-Nakhalah, the Secretary General of the Islamic Jihad Movement, explained the conditions on the ground in Palestine and the encouraging status of the Palestinian resistance forces.
He also appreciated the unwavering support provided by the Islamic Republic of Iran to the resistance movement and the cause of Palestine and gave assurances that resistance forces across the region would mark the final victory against the Zionist regime with the assistance of the Almighty God.
Characteristics and Strategic Consequences of Iran’s Historic Response to Zionist Regime
Strategic Council Online—Opinion: There are two different views about the Islamic Republic of Iran’s missile attacks against the Zionist regime. The first view is based on a superficial reading and a reductionist description that evaluates it as a low-impact and not-so-extensive operation. The second view, a realistic reading, sees Iran’s response as opening a new page of “balance of power” and “turning point” in regional equations, the effects and consequences of which will gradually emerge.
